Pledge for PeaceThe
quest for peace begins with me.
I______________________ will
try to work out my differences
personally and privately with whom I have issues
with.
- I will examine myself to see if my
thoughts actions and words glorify God.
I will ask myself,
"Am I putting my complete trust in the
Lord?" or am I trusting in myself?"
I will act
out of love
I will seek
widsom in every situation.
I will demonstrate
in my attitude respect and honor towards people.
I will reslove
any personal conflict in which I am involved in
with a humble and obidient spirit.
I will be considerate
of the other persons feelings and dignity.
I will seek solutions
to problems by talking with my Father in Heaven,
family members and with the elders of the church.
I will not accept rumors
at face value, but will consider that there are
at least two sides to every story.
I will pray for peace
and harmony for myself and between all of my
friends.
I promise to fill
my thoughts and deeds with God's pureness
I do
hereby set my heart and mind upon making peace
with myself and others and seal it on this
